The Owner/Chef was inspired by Edicta, his grandmother. Edicta was born in 1939 in the city of Cabimas. All of the dishes contain elements of her recipes that she prepared for her family. One can feel the passion, beauty, and positive energy that flow from Edicta’s food, honoring her legacy.
